Kaitlyn’s services were superb for my daughter’s wedding and reception. She mainly served as our “day of” coordinator but also met with the bride several times to assist with planning and was always available to me to answer text messages for suggestions and feedback. I couldn’t have been more relieved when she arrived on the day of the rehearsal and decorated the church in a simple but elegant style as the bride requested. On the wedding day she was timely, cool, calm and very organized and made sure everything went smoothly as planned. There was an issue with the florist and the ceremony flowers which could have negatively impacted the ceremony and pictures but Kaitlyn pulled out her phone before I knew it she had handled the issue and I didn’t have to deal with the problem. At the reception, I was able to relax and enjoy the festivities and guests without concern as I could see that Kaitlyn had all the planned activities flowing on schedule. She stayed until the end and made sure everything was packed up and the reception venue was in order before leaving. Kaitlyn is the best !!!
